Kevin is a chemist and toxicologist interested in the fate and transport of contaminants and the risks they pose to environmental and human health. He is currently a PhD candidate in the Groundwater Geochemistry & Remediation Research Group led by David Blowes and Carol Ptacek in the Department of Earth & Environmental Sciences. His research is focused on developing metal stable isotope techniques to trace environmental contamination and assess the effectiveness of remediation strategies at the abandoned Giant Mine in Yellowknife, NWT.
