Kevin is a chemist and toxicologist interested in the effects, transport, and remediation of contaminants in the environment. He is currently a PhD candidate in the Groundwater Geochemistry & Remediation Research Group led by David Blowes and Carol Ptacek in the Department of Earth & Environmental Sciences. His research is focused on developing metal stable isotope techniques to trace environmental contamination and assess the effectiveness of remediation strategies at Giant Mine in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.
