  • Use of design principles to improve accessibility of shelving units. The elderly and the disabled tend to struggle to access objects stored at a height. Thus, the objective was to design a safe and economically viable product to combat the problem
  • Carried out Need Analysis, Target Market Analysis, Conceptual Design, Sustainability Analysis and Embodiment 
  • Due to complexities associated with construction of the system, use of CAD Models (Solidworks) and simulation software (ANSYS) for verification of performance
