Through my experience leading my project's research activities, academic experience as a TA and volunteering positions, I have shown significant initiative and learned crucial skills like conflict management, delegation of tasks, keeping the project on schedule (despite significant delays).

The COVID-19 pandemic presented significant challenges to the expected progression of my research during my PhD. With my initiative and leadership skills, I was able to pivot the research objectives to the simulation environment during the 'Work From Home' phase of the pandemic. Thus, my leadership skills played a crucial role in bringing the project back on schedule.
