Mohamed Radwan received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power and Machines) from the Electrical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria
University, Egypt in 2014. He received his MSc degree from the same university in 2019. During his Master research, he worked on transmission lines protection and implemented a reliable single-pole auto reclosure algorithm. His research interests include the protection of power systems’ components and equipment, adaptive relaying, and protection of smart grids (Micro-grids) and
HVDC lines. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Canada.
