Stakeholders' Engagement - Next Steps

Thank you to all who participated in the consultation sessions organized to date and supported the development of the “Future of Science” strategic plan. We sincerely appreciate the time and thought that 356 participants put into their survey responses, and that more than 200 people shared during the current state workshops.

Let the Planning Begin!

On October 24, 2023, we ignited the strategic planning process with our SPEC (Strategic Planning Executive Committee) kick-off meeting. SPEC members got to know each other and met the team from KPMG that will be guiding us through the process.
