Balsillie School for International Affairs (BSIA) in Waterloo will be holding a workshop on Science in the Developing World: Enhancing Research Capacity. Scholars will converge to take part in the panel discussions on 1) global health and development, 2) institutions and collaborations, 3) agriculture and environment, and 4) politics, numbers, and representation. Heather Douglas, Waterloo Chair in Science and Society, will be participating as a chair/facilitator at the event.
