Wellness Navigators for Undergraduate and Graduate Students
Wellness Navigators are available in the Science Undergrad Office to help undergraduate and graduate students with:
- Mental health support
- Navigating available resources
- Referrals to care & brief counselling bookings

- Walk-ins welcome at STC 2031:
- Tues: 2 PM–4 PM
- Wed: 9 AM-12 PM, 1 PM–2:30 PM (Evening appointments available in Needles Hall)
- Thurs: 1 PM-4 PM

If personal matters are negatively impacting your academic success, you may want to attend one of the many groups or workshops offered through Counselling Services.
- Pre-recorded workshops and seminars, including Coping Skills seminars online
- Group therapy, including Cognitive Behavioural and Dialectical Behavioural Therapies and Family Group
- Workshops, including mindfulness meditation, healthy boundaries communication and stress management programs
