Wellness supports

At St. Jerome’s University, co-registered students or students in residence will have access to and benefit from our on-site Wellness Coordinator. Our stepped-care approach to wellness involves both preventative and proactive support – including the individual's physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects.

Our Wellness Coordinator provides guidance and access to the following:

  • Confidential wellness coaching
  • Connecting you to wellness supports across campus
  • Peer support and drop-in programming

Fall 2026

Weekly Wellness Tips

Stop by the SJ2 Atrium for Weekly Wellness Tips! Each week, explore a new wellness topic through a quick 2-minute activity, and take away a practical resource to help put what you learn into action. Whether you're looking for strategies to manage stress, improve routines, up self-care, or stay organized, there is something new to discover every week. No registration, no lengthy workshop — just pop by, try something new, and take a little wellness with you!

Make it a wellness streak! Visit us for six different weekly topics and choose a reward from our selection of goodies (including keychains, stationary, journals, enamel pins, and more!). Each weekly topic counts as one visit; choose either day!

Tuesdays: 12:45-1:15p.m.

Thursdays: 9:45-10:15a.m.
