The University of Waterloo made a commitment to build their strategic plan on evidence.
As part of fulfilling this commitment, Waterloo created seven issue papers in 2018 to inform the consultations for the development of the 2020-2025 strategic plan. Over 150 university undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, staff, and alumni worked on the seven issue paper development teams.
