Three university-wide task forces were formed in November 2019 to inform the implementation of the 2020-2025 strategic plan.
The task forces focused on three cross-cutting areas: interdisciplinarity, innovation in entrepreneurship and commercialization, and health innovation. These task forces presented evidence and recommendations to action teams beginning in November 2020. University stakeholders reviewed, prioritized, and integrated recommendations into the implementation of the strategic plan.
