To achieve Waterloo's 2020-2025 strategic plan, we have focused our plan on three impact action themes: developing talent for a complex future, advancing research for global impact, and strengthening sustainable and diverse communities.
Each impact action theme area has goals and objectives, and an action team tasked with developing plans to fulfill them.
Some of these goals are connected to other action theme areas. Impact action teams collaborate with each other, faculties, academic support units, and stakeholder groups across the University, as necessary, to address these overlapping areas. Each action teams develops and implements their own action plans and initiatives.
