Addresses objectives: T3B Recruit and retain future ready talent
To support equity approaches, Co-operative and Experiential Education (CEE) is investigating new, more flexible forms of WIL, as well as examining embedded processes and approaches that underpin WIL programs. In spring 2022, two new associate directors joined CEE – one with responsibilities for of equity, inclusion, diversity, and anti-racism (EDI-R) and one with responsibilities for Indigenous relations. These new positions report to the Office of EDI-R and the Office of Indigenous Relations respectively, advancing equity efforts in CEE.
