Award description: 

A scholarship, valued at $1,000, is awarded annually in honour of her FR 155/156 students by Jacqueline Forster, French language instructor at Waterloo from 1976 to 1989 and recipient of the Distinguished Teacher Award in 1989. This scholarship is awarded to the most promising on-campus student in a first- or second-year French course who intends to specialize in French.
