When will I receive my spring 2018 OSAP funding?
Student Awards & Financial Aid confirms your enrolment electronically with the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development. We start this process 1 week before classes began and you could receive your funding as early as the first week of May. This process will continue throughout the term.
What can I do to make sure I get my funding at the start of the term?

It has come to our attention that the Institution Portal for StudentAid BC crashed on April 9, 2018. With this crash numerous Appendix 3’s were cleared from the system, and student accounts were not updated. Students who require StudentAid BC funding to arrange their fees by the April 24, 2018 Promissory Note deadline, and whose Appendix 3 has a status of “outstanding” must submit a NEW StudentAid BC application online by 12:00 pm (noon) April 24, 2018 in order to avoid being charged a late fee.

International Tuition Grants for the spring term will be posted as anticipated aid on Quest within a few days of becoming available. Amounts will be updated, as required, throughout the Promissory Note period.
This grant is offered to upper year international undergraduate students (2A and higher). They will see a net 5% tuition increase (instead of 8.5% - 15%) after the tuition award is applied to their account. This tuition award will help minimize fee increases and provide more consistency for students.
