Award description: 

Several awards, valued at $1,500 each, are provided annually to undergraduate students enrolled in Year Two, Three or Four of any program in any Faculty who have achieved a minimum overall average of 75% and who have demonstrated their involvement in student government at Waterloo.  This fund was established by Jim Kalbfleisch along with his friends and family in honour of his retirement, and further supported by gifts made in his memory after his passing in 2017.
