One award, valued at up to $1,500, will be provided annually to an undergraduate international student enrolled in Year Two of Biomedical, Mechatronics, or Systems Design Engineering. Selection is based on academic achievement (minimum 75% cumulative average) combined with extracurricular and volunteer involvement that demonstrates varied interests towards pursuing an engineering career. Preference will be given to students who are best able to describe the impact this award will have on their ability to overcome financial barriers and pursue their educational goals. Interested students are to submit an application by October 1. This fund is made possible by donations from family, friends, students and colleagues in memory of Professor Igor Ivković, a passionate and caring educator in the Faculty of Engineering.
