Award description: 

An award, valued at up to $1,000, is presented annually to a deserving undergraduate student enrolled in any program in the Faculty of Engineering who has demonstrated a new direction in her/his academic efforts as evidenced by an increase in term average from 2B to 3A. This award is in remembrance of Professor Tribhuan Prasad (1924-1993), whose love of teaching helped many students reach their full potential. This fund is made possible through the generosity of Professor T. Prasad’s family and friends, students and colleagues in grateful memory of an exceptional teacher and distinguished professor.
