Award description:
An award, valued at $1,500, will be provided annually to a full-time undergraduate student enrolled in Year Two, Three, or Four of any program in the Department of Economics in the Faculty of Arts. Selection is based on academic achievement (minimum 75% cumulative average) and demonstrated extracurricular involvement and/or participation in volunteer activities in the area of social justice. Interested students should submit an application by February 1. This fund is made possible by a donation from Omer Inam and the friends and family of Sarah Inam (BA ’05, MA ’07) in memory of her life and time at UWaterloo.

- Enrolled in Year Two, Three, or Four in the Department of Economics
- minimum cumulative average of 75%
- demonstarted extracurricular involvement and/or participation in volunteer activities in the area of social justice
