These awards honour deceased students, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends of the University of Waterloo's School of Optometry and Vision Science. Awards are made, as funds permit, to students at the third- or fourth-year level in the Doctor of Optometry program on the basis of strong academic achievement and/or clinical excellence. Donations have been received in memory of:
