Victor Lei Memorial Award

Award description: 

An award, valued at $2,000, will be provided annually to a full-time undergraduate student entering Year One of the PharmD program in the School of Pharmacy. Candidates must have lived in a “Northern Ontario” community (defined as home address with a postal code starting with ‘P’). Selection is based on academic achievement (minimum 75% admission average) combined with an interest in supporting Northern Ontario communities. Preference will be given to candidates who have successfully completed the Conditional Acceptance to Pharmacy (CAP) program in the Faculty of Science. Interested students must submit an application by October 15. This fund is made possible by donations from family and friends, in memory of Dr. Victor Lei, as a lasting tribute to Victor and his caring spirit.
