An award, valued at $1,200, will be provided annually to a full-time undergraduate student enrolled in Year Two, Three, or Four of any program in the Faculty of Mathematics. Selection will be based on academic achievement (minimum 75% cumulative average) combined with a personal statement/letter describing how you are persevering to obtain a degree while facing personal and/or medical challenges. Interested students should submit an application by November 1. This fund is made possible by a donation from Laura Weeks (BMath ’90) who believes passionately in helping students achieve success and reach their fullest potential.
