Award description: 

One award, valued at up to $1,500, will be provided annually to a full-time undergraduate student enrolled in Year Three or Four of any program in the Faculty of Health. Selection is based on academic achievement (minimum 75% cumulative average) combined with extracurricular and leadership involvement in sports (varsity or other), and participation in volunteer activities at UW or in the community beyond. Interested students should submit an application by November 1st. This fund is made possible by donations honouring the memory of Dr. Michael T. Sharratt and his life of teaching, leadership and service, including his outstanding contributions to the Faculty of Health during his term as Dean from 1998 – 2005.
