Award description: 

An award, valued at $250, is presented annually to the student graduating from the Legal Studies program in the Faculty of Arts with the highest academic standing.  This award is named in honour of Reginald A. Haney who received the degree Doctor of Laws, honoris causa, from the University of Waterloo in 2007, in recognition of his extraordinary service to the University, St. Jerome's University and its affiliated Colleges as legal counsel, colleague, and friend.
