Award description: 

An engraved medal will be awarded annually to a fourth-year undergraduate student graduating from an accredited Engineering program, including Software Engineering, who has the highest cumulative overall average upon graduation and does not receive the Governor General's Academic Silver Medal or the President's Award of Excellence. This award is provided by the Ontario Professional Engineers Foundation for Education to acknowledge the hard work of engineering students and promote the relevancy of becoming a licensed professional engineer.
