Award description: 

One scholarship, valued at up to $1,500, will be provided to a third-year student in Applied Mathematics with Engineering Electives or in Mathematical Physics who demonstrates academic excellence. This scholarship has been established in honour of the late Arthur Beaumont, Prof. Emeritus and Honorary Member of the University, to recognize his outstanding contribution to the Applied Mathematics Department. The successful candidate will be chosen by the Associate Chair for Undergraduate Studies of the Applied Mathematics Department.
