Check your course site for instructions

Look for instructions from your instructor on what to do if a problem arises during the exam. They should provide advice on what information to collect (e.g., an explanation the issue, time of the issue, the actions you took, what you completed and did not finish, etc.) and to whom to send that.

ProctorU provides live chat tech support for students, 24/7. It may also use LogMeInRescue app, when allowed, to help adjust settings on the computer.
