This is your time to Thrive

Thrive month is October 18 - November 12, 2021. Join us for a series of events focused on building a culture of wellbeing and normalizing mental health struggles for Waterloo students and employees (faculty, staff, CUPE).

The Thrive initiative aims to:

  1. Enhance mental health literacy
  2. Build healthy habits and self-care skills
  3. Foster a supportive and inclusive community

Partner with Thrive to become a Thrive Ambassador, learn how to host your events as part of Thrive, and promote Thrive in your communications. There are various resources available to help you promote mental wellness across campus, as well as ways of increasing your personal wellness. Take a look at our Thrive Toolkit to get started.

Thrive is a mindset that encourages you to flourish. We all have mental health, and we can each strengthen our mental health by learning about it, thinking about it, talking about it, and discovering new skills and resources to help us Thrive all year long.
