Award description:
An award, valued at up to $1,000, is available annually for a student from Downsview Secondary School in Toronto, Ontario enrolling in first year of any program at the University of Waterloo. Candidates must have a demonstrated financial need as determined by Waterloo. Interested students must apply for the University of Waterloo Entrance Bursary by April 15. This fund is made possible by a donation from a Downsview Secondary School alumnus to encourage and assist students from his high school to attend Waterloo.

- Complete the Entrance Bursary application.
- You can find the application on the Awards and financial aid tab in the Waterloo application portal.
- Access to the form is limited to Ontario students who will be studying on a full-time basis and who are applying to post-secondary studies for the first time.

- The Entrance Bursary application is open from February 1 to April 15.
