Award description:
Three awards, valued at $6,000 each, are awarded annually to students entering first year of a full-time undergraduate degree program who have demonstrated financial need and a minimum admission average of 80%. The awards are renewable for up to three additional years provided recipients achieve a cumulative average of 75% each year, and continue to enrol in their program on a full-time basis. Interested students must apply for the University of Waterloo Entrance Bursary.

- You can find the application on the Awards and financial aid tab in the Waterloo application portal.
- Access to the form is limited to Ontario students who will be studying on a full-time basis and who are applying to post-secondary studies for the first time.
- Additional eligibility criteria can be found on the application form.
- The Entrance Bursary application is open from February 1 to April 15.
