A bursary, valued at up to $4,000, is awarded annually to full-time undergraduate studentĀ enrolled in Year One of any program in the Faculty of Environment who has a minimum admission average of 80% and demonstrated financial need. Interested students must apply for the University of Waterloo Entrance Bursary.

  • Complete the Entrance Bursary application.
    • You can find the application on the Awards and financial aid tab in the University of Waterloo application portal.
    • Access to the form is limited to Ontario students who will be studying on a full-time basis and who are applying to post-secondary studies for the first time.
    • Additional eligibility criteria can be found on the application form.
    • The Entrance Bursary application is open from February 1 to April 15.
