Award description: 

One bursary, valued at $4,000 or two bursaries valued at $2,000 each, are awarded annually to undergraduate students enrolled in Year One of any program in the Faculty of Mathematics on the basis of financial need. Preference will be given to students from Banting Memorial High School in Alliston, Ontario, or to students from the town of New Tecumseth in Simcoe County. Interested students must apply to the UW Entrance Bursary program by April 15.

    • Access to the form is limited to Ontario students who will be studying on a full-time basis and who are applying to post-secondary studies for the first time.

    • The Entrance Bursary application is open from February 1 to April 15.
