Attending in-person?
Free parking is available in lots N and X
Event check-in will take place from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. at the Health Expansion Building.
A welcome presentation, campus partner panel and program-specific sessions will follow from 9:30 to 11:45 a.m..
From 11:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., you will have the opportunity to participate in drop-in programming including going on a campus housing or faculty tour, attending an Indigenous welcome, popping by to chat at student life booths, connecting with campus services, and starting to complete important tasks, like picking up your WatCard.
Please note there will also be a drop-in style lunch from 11:45 a.m.-1:00 p.m..
Attending virtually?
The welcome presentation will be live streamed from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on MS Live Events. The link will be available on your Portal registration. All students registered will be sent a link to access the live- streamed presentation the day before the event.
