Mentorship Meeting Schedule:
The following meeting schedule is meant to be a guideline only. It is up to you and your mentor to create a partnership and a line of communication that works for both of you.
We have created a Mentorship Agreement form that will allow you to create a meeting schedule, agree on lines of communication and personal goals to help create a partnership built on mutual respect and understanding.
We recommend scheduling a time to meet with each other within the first 3 weeks of May to decide on the following:
- How will the relationship work?
- How will you meet each month?
- How often would you like to meet?
- Timeline for responding to emails and messages
- Rules around inability to attend a meeting
- Mentees goals for the program
- Mentors goals for the program
- Agreement on privacy, confidentiality and trust
In the following section you will find suggested topics that you can use to help guide each of your meetings. Please do not feel like this is mandatory, you may discuss whatever you agree upon.The success of the program will depend on the goals developed together and the commitment of both parties.
Once you have completed and signed the form, we would require the mentee to submit it via LEARN before the end of May.
