Alumni Affinity Groups are alumni-driven groups that are affiliated and supported by the University of Waterloo but that operate autonomously. Based on similar interests, experiences, and/or backgrounds, they offer Waterloo alumni and students the opportunity to connect in meaningful ways.
About this form: This form should be completed by the leader of an exisiting alumni group who would like to connect with the University or an individual looking to the lead the formation of a new Alumni Affinity Group.
Groups should have a strong focus on building community and mentorship (if mentorship is a fit), a clear direction for growth and succession, and a understanding of their value to alumni and students.
