The Office of Advancement is looking for volunteers to get involved at all levels. We believe that our extensive global alumni volunteer network and vast skill-sets are invaluable assets to our work and can assist the Advancement team in achieving its mission to inspire and engage people in philanthropy to advance Waterloo in becoming one of the world's top innovative universities.

Event Volunteers- General

Want to help at this year's Alumni Weekend or Alumni Black and Gold event in Waterloo? How about at registration at our next event in Calgary? We are looking for alumni to assist with events from planning to promotion! View current listings of volunteer opportunities updated regularly. Let us know where you want to volunteer, how often, and what you have to offer. Please note these positions are subject to specific event dates and times, and work on an as needed basis.
