Stephen
was
appointed
Consul,
Economic
Affairs,
for
Ontario,
Canada,
in
2013.
As
Ontario’s
Senior
International
Representative
in
the
Western-US,
Stephen
leads
activities
in
California,
Arizona,
Nevada
and
Hawaii
with
a
focus
on
investment
attraction,
trade
promotion,
research
&
commercialisation,
marketing
and
awareness
building.
He
is
a
graduate
of
the
University
of
Waterloo,
with
degrees
in
Environmental
Studies/ Geography
and
a
Master’s
degree
in
Local
Economic
Development.
