Honourable
Dr.
Kevin
G.
Lynch,
PC,
OC,
Vice-Chairman
of
BMO
Financial
Group,
is
a
distinguished
former
public
servant
with
33
years
of
service
with
the
Government
of
Canada.
Most
recently,
Dr.
Lynch
was
the
Clerk
of
the
Privy
Council,
Secretary
to
the
Cabinet
and
Head
of
the
Public
Service
of
Canada.
Dr.
Lynch
serves
on
several
boards,
including
those
of
the
Gairdner
Foundation,
the
Perimeter
Institute,
the
University
of
Waterloo,
Chair
of
the
Canadian
Ditchley
Foundation,
and
the
Learning
Partnership.
Dr.
Lynch
was
made
a
Member
of
the
Queen’s
Privy
Council
for
Canada
in
2009,
an
Officer
of
the
Order
of
Canada
in
2011
and
was
a
recipient
of
the
Queen’s
Golden
Jubilee
Medal.
