Work-Learn Institute

The Work-Learn Institute (WxL) is the only research unit of its kind researching the development of talent through quality work-integrated learning (WIL) programs.

Founded in 2002 (as Waterloo Centre for the Advancement of Co-operative Education), WxL operates on the basis that, with the largest co-operative education program in the world, we have the largest dataset to study, understand and advance research that informs our programming and helps employers improve their talent pipelines.
