Prof. Shen and former BBCR members attended the Globecom 2019 at Hawaii, USA, on Dec. 9-13, 2019. Prof. Shen has received the 2019 Wireless Communications Technical Committee (WTC) Recognition Award for "his exceptional contributions to resource management in wireless networks". Congratulations!

Dr. Yujie Tang and Dr. Jianbing Ni will join the Faculty of Computer Science, Algoma University, and the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Queen's University, as tenure-track assistant professors, since July 1st, 2019, respectively.
We warmly welcomed Prof. H. Vincent Poor, the Michael Henry Strater University Professor at Princeton University, and Prof. David Tse, the Thomas Kailath and Guanghan Xu Professor at Stanford University, to visit our BBCR group on June 13-15, 2019. They not only gave distinguished lectures, titled "Machine Learning Meets Mobile Communications" (Prof. Poor) and "Operating Blockchains Near Physical Limits" (Prof.
