We've created a new self-directed program called the Rewiring for Happiness Toolkit that is available now on LEARN as a Self-Registration course. Rewiring for Happiness uses positive psychology strategies and tools to help focus your brain on kindness, mindfulness, gratitude, empathy, and connection.
Participants can view the content and complete the exercises at their own pace. The practices outlined in this toolkit can be used to help develop and enhance resilience, coping strategies, and to increase happiness and productivity.
The toolkit is structured to take about an hour of time, once a week. Ideally, participants complete the toolkit over 8 consecutive weeks – however, we understand life happens and things come up – that's why we like the idea of a self-directed resource– it can be completed at your own pace.
Rewiring for Happiness is available as a self-registration course on LEARN. Follow these steps to view and complete the toolkit:

- Click Self Registration.

- Enroll in the Course.
