Former CIW Program Manager
As a member of the CIW Leadership Team, first at the Atkinson Foundation and then at the University of Waterloo, Linda was instrumental in successfully transitioning the CIW from its development at a not-for-profit to a full-fledged research program at a university, and ultimately to making it accessible to policy and decisionmakers. Linda was integral to the expansion of the CIW from its original national focus, to the provincial/territorial, regional, and community scales. Linda's passion has always been for the CIW's knowledge mobilization pillar and she has enjoyed connecting people and wellbeing initiatives and hearing about the innovative ways both grassroots Canadians and our governments are taking CIW research to action.
