The Catering Team at the University of Waterloo did a fantastic job helping us celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary in the Festival Room. We had just returned from an amazing family vacation in Italy and the Italian Buffet the chefs created was the perfect conclusion to our trip. The service we received was excellent as everyone went out of their way to ensure the day was special for us and our guests.
We had an amazing time celebrating the 50th anniversary of the 73-74 CIAU Championship hockey team, of the University of Waterloo, at Fed Hall. The staff couldn't have been easier to work with, the four course meal was fantastic and their attention to detail makes the difference between a good event and a great one! We couldn't have been more pleased!
Totally stepping up their game with vegan food! Last two times I have been here the vegan meals were great and included decadent vegan cake! There was falafel with bruschetta which was quite a good combination and the two cakes were chocolate peanut butter and a chocolate coffee cake. They were mousse like rather than a cake cake - so good! And one of the staff Saquib is so nice and totally looks after you for any allergies and food restrictions. He has gone out of his way to make sure I have things to eat. Awesome service and would definitely recommend.
We just wanted to write to thank you for the great work that you and your team did during CONGRESS. We had a great conference and all the food was excellent, especially the banquet! The staff were very helpful and punctual and I have received a lot of compliments on their service!
