Standard Package

  • Creation and maintenance of online registration form
  • Email correspondence to attendee (confirmation, receipt, incomplete, update)
  • Remit taxes to Government of Canada
  • Creation of reports that will be stored on web-link for client to access as needed
  • Manage all conference registration inquiries from attendees
  • Management of registration revenue (credit card, cheque, internal transfer)
  • Process online payments including cancellations & refunds (Basic - non refundable registration fee)
  • Creation of 15 custom discount codes 

Financial Package

  • Develop, manage and report on conference budget
  • Provide regular budget updates with projections, actuals and final reconciliation
  • Creation of unlimited custom discount codes 
  • Creation and maintenance of online registration form

  • Coordination of room bookings and all setup details
  • Staff for Registration Desk - 2 hours on day of event
