Packages

Basic Package

  • Creation and maintenance of online registration form
  • Email correspondence to attendee (confirmation, receipt, incomplete, update)
  • Deposit registration revenue (credit card only)
  • Remit taxes to Government of Canada
  • Data file of information collected from online form with weekly updates

Standard Package

  • Creation and maintenance of online registration form
  • Email correspondence to attendee (confirmation, receipt, incomplete, update)
  • Management of registration revenue (credit card, cheque, internal transfers)
  • Process both online and offline payments including cancellations & refunds
  • Remit taxes to Government of Canada
  • Manage all conference registration inquiries from attendees
  • Preparation of registration reports with weekly update

Financial Package

  • Creation and maintenance of online registration form
  • Email correspondence to attendee (confirmation, receipt, incomplete, update)
  • Management of registration revenue (credit card, cheque, internal transfers)
  • Process both online and offline payments including cancellations & refunds
