Welcome to Beacon Towers!
Summer Accommodations offers short-term, temporary accommodations for visiting or new faculty members, scholars, researchers, and postdocs associated with the University of Waterloo. The Beacon Tower apartments are fully furnished and all-inclusive, just a short walk away from the University of Waterloo campus.
We offer 1-bedroom (4 units available) or 2-bedroom (3 units available) apartments. We recommend you reserve as early as possible, as these units fill quickly.

Amenities
Rentals Include:
- A queen bed, dresser, night tables, and lamps
- Linens, bedding, and towels
- Iron and ironing board
- Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and basic housewares
- Vacuum, broom, and mop
- Four-piece bathroom
- Full kitchen with table and 4 chairs, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher
- Furnished living room, sofa (all sofas are queen-sized sofa beds), chair, coffee and end tables, TV, and desk
- Large outdoor balcony

Coin-operated laundry facilities (located on the main floor of the building)

Hydro, local telephone service, and high-speed Internet (inclusive in fees)
Note: Extra bed cots are not available for additional guests. Extra housewares and/or furniture purchased by guests staying at Beacon Tower need to be removed when the guest leaves.
Note: The minimum stay is one month, and the maximum stay is one year as these accommodations are intended to be short-term and temporary. Parking is currently not available on-site. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
