Conflict Coaching Skills

Manage conflict situations on your own.

Thursday, October 15, 2026 8:30 am - 4:30 pm EDT (GMT -04:00)

There is no greater satisfaction than to see another person flourish and to know that one's presence has helped a person come to this place. While conflict can cause people to struggle, a conflict coach partners with those in a conflict, empowering them to be at their best, to engage their conflict well and to come out the other side more whole, more capable and above all, more at peace.

This two-day introductory workshop is intended to provide you with the training and skills to help build capacity of individuals to manage conflict situations on their own, without the engagement of a third party. The role of a Conflict Coach helps benefit the person being coached in their long-term ability to self-manage their conflicts, and ultimately to engage in the solutions that are more likely to succeed.

To attend this workshop, Understanding Conflict Foundations and Understanding Conflict Advanced are highly recommended.
