Sam
Chow
is
a
Master’s
student
in
Industrial/Organizational
Psychology
at
the
University
of
Calgary.
His
main
research
interests
include
personality
research,
employee
recruitment
and
selection.
Currently,
his
thesis
investigates
the
application
of
gamification
to
the
employee
recruitment
process.
Specifically,
whether
game
design
may
be
leveraged
to
change
attitudes
towards
an
organization
and
subsequently,
lead
to
job
search
behaviors.
