Jake
is
a
Senior
Consultant
within
Performance
Enhancement
Advisory
in
Toronto
and
a
member
of
Deloitte’s
Retail
Practice.
Jake’s
experience
has
primarily
been
in
the
consumer
business
industry
working
for
both
public
and
private
companies,
including
major
retailers,
a
national
telecommunications
provider,
and
lottery
and
gaming
corporations.
Projects
delivered
include
OmniChannel
strategy,
retail
location
strategy,
ecommerce
business
implementation,
corporate
transformations
and
cost
reductions,
strategic
market
analysis,
and
revenue
maximization
strategies.
Currently,
he
is
focused
on
assisting
retailers
adapt
to
technology-driven
change
in
the
marketplace
from
both
a
customer
and
operational
perspective.
Prior
to
joining
Deloitte,
Jake
graduated
on
the
Dean’s
list
with
a
Bachelor
of
Applied
Science
before
going
on
to
complete
a
Master
of
Engineering,
both
from
the
University
of
Toronto.
