Milena
Head

professor

Systems
at
DeGroote
School
of
Business,
McMaster
University.
Her
research
interests
relate
to
electronic
commerce
and
human–computer
interaction,
including
technology
adoption,
interface
design,
eLearning,
and
individual
differences.
She
holds
a
Ph.D.
and
an
MBA
from
McMaster
University
and
a
B.Math
from
the
University
of
Waterloo.
She
has
published
over
85
papers
in
academic
journals,
books
and
conferences
including
MIS
Quarterly,
Information
&
Management,
International
Journal
of
Human–Computer
Studies,
Interacting
with
Computers,
International
Journal
of
Electronic
Commerce,
and
Group
Decision
and
Negotiation.
