GSA Director By-Election Voting

One candidate submitted a nomination form.  Members will vote to accept

Savio D'Silva as At-Large Director to serve for the balance of the directorship ending on April 30, 2017.

 

The Board of Directors is responsible for the operations of the GSA, is accountable to the membership, and must ensure that as a corporation, the GSA is compliant with corporate law.  The Board is also responsible for appointing the officers of the GSA (President, Vice President, Student Affairs Officer, and 2 External Affairs Officers).  For additional information on the GSA governance structure and role of directors, please visit the GSA Website - Board of Directors.
