Let’s gather! Let’s Meet! Let’s strengthen our community!
All First Nations, Métis, and Inuit employees and retirees of the University of Waterloo & Affiliated and Federated Institutions of Waterloo are invited to join in monthly social events. The first gathering of this kind was a luncheon held early 2020 thanks to Lori Campbell, Chloe Blair, and the Faculty Association of the University of Waterloo (FAUW).
This will be a group meeting that the Office of Indigenous Relations will host on a regular basis. If you would like to join or know of someone who wants to join, please email indigenousrelations@uwaterloo.ca.
Indigenous Employee Teams Channels
The Office of Indigenous Relations facilitates several teams channels for Indigenous staff and faculty. These channels are a way to stay connected, hear about exciting things happening on campus and in the Indigenous community. If you are an Indigenous staff or faculty and would like to be added to the team channels, please contact indigenousrelations@uwaterloo.ca.
